PROFILE OF THE INSTITUTION

The main profile of the Institute’s developments and implementations is resource- and power- saving technologies. Institutions has applied developments in the field of non-destructive testing and diagnostics of the properties of materials, environments and constructions, metals corrosion and its corrosion protection, hydrogen materials science. Concerning the competitive commercially attractive developments of the Institute are: devices and equipments for evaluation of residual life of the long-term operation objects; technologies and equipments for prolongation the operation of machine parts, especially of heat and nuclear power plants, injection technologies for iron-concrete constructions restoration and protection with polyurethane compositions.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

Today SE EC “Techno-Resurs” co-operates with public utility plants of heat and water supply, oil- and gas industrial complexes, power generating plants. A number of modern technologies have been implemented at the enterprises of “Ukrtransgaz” and “Ukrtransnafta”, State Building Department of Ukraine, National company “Energoatom of Ukraine” and other. The Institute together with SE EC“Techno-Resurs” can realize complex energy-efficient projects. A guarantee of it is a staff competence, availability of modern equipments and work experience obtained in Ukraine, Poland, Russia, European and Middle East countries.

BASIC SUGGESTIONS

Physico-Mechanical Institute and SE EC “Techno-Resurs” suggest to organize a serial production of the two-component (polyol- and di- or polyisocyante) polyurethane and polyurethane compositions in correspondence to the developed and verified Technical specifications Ó Â.2.7-24.1-13803953-016-2003 “Polyurethane system “Techno-Pur”. According to comprehensive market investigations a demand for this product in Ukraine increases. Consumers of the products – heat- and power generating complex and public utility plants of Ukraine for providing heat and hydraulic insulation of steel pipes, State Building Department of Ukraine, Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine – for spraying foam polyurethane thermal insulation on walls and roofs of buildings, etc.

Expected investment: 2.2 million US dollars

EXPECTED RESULTS

Industrial serial production of ready for application components of foam polyurethane and polyurethane compositions will be organized for the needs of plants of different branches of industry in Ukraine .
Expected pay-back period of the project is 1 year and 10 months.
