Aim of the programme: assistance of “stronger economic and social Black Sea regions development”
Eligible regions:
o Romania: South East
o Bulgaria: Severoiztochen, Yugoiztochen
o Greece: Kentriki Makedonia, Anatoliki Makedonia Thraki
o Turkey: Istanbul, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli, Zonguldak, Kastamonu, Samsun, Trabzon
o Russia: Rostov Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, Adygea republic
o Ukraine: Odesa, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Sevastopol, Zaporizhzhya and Donetsk Oblasts, Crimea Republic, Sevastopol
o Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan: the whole country.
The strategy of the ENPI-CBC Black Sea Basin programme is coherent with the EU Black Sea
programme. It will contribute to the Black Sea Synergy cooperation sectors with a clear focus on civil society and local level cross-border cooperation, aiming additionally to foster coherence with other national and trans-national programmes and strategies.
