The
project «MODEL-CIUDAD» will be implemented by European association of local authorities together with the association “Energy efficient cities of Ukraine”. According to competition results EU chose three towns on behalf of Ukraine to participate within the «MODEL-CIUDAD» project, i.e. Kamyanec-Podilskyy, Lviv, Lutsk. One town per country where chosen on behalf of Georgia, Armenia, Moldova. The association Energie-Cités will act as project’s coordinator.
The aim of the project will be providing the local authorities with the best experience of Energie-Cités association in the sphere of energy saving.
The task of the project is the implementation of energy-management within local authorities and thermo-modernization of the most problematic budget buildings of the city by means of EU funds. Details

The project Support to the Integration of Ukraine in the Trans-European Transport Network, TEN-T (the “TEN-T project”) is a partnership project between the Government of Ukraine and the European Union, represented in Ukraine by the Delegation of European Commission in Kyiv. The TEN-T project team is working with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine (MTCU). Specialists from both the EU and Ukraine and will jointly develop a strategy and action plan to forge stronger links between Ukraine and the European Union’s transport system. Many aspects of transport in Ukraine will be included in this strategy and plan.
Measures to improve the efficiency and the safety of road transport will be proposed in the plan, together with a recommended investment programme for road, rail, port and air transport infrastructure improvements.
The project will provide assistance to the MTCU in identifying areas where closer harmonisation of transport policies and practices could be included in Ukraine’s reform process. A more favourable investment climate and positive effects on trade and on passenger transport services are expected to result. Stronger links with the EU transport network will also have the benefit of improving Ukraine’s transit transport potential. Details

Project "Implementation of Ukraine's Commitments under WTO and ENP Frameworks in the Rural Sector (Sector-Wide Approach)" is intended to facilitate fulfilling Ukraine's commitments regarding changes in the agrarian sector, which Ukraine assumed when joining WTO. The
Project objective is to promote close collaboration between Ukraine and EU and harmonization of Ukrainian standards with WTO requirements to the Ukrainian agrarian sector. Due to the Project, the Ukrainian agriculture producers will get an access to external markets and be assisted in creating proper conditions for free civilized trade at the domestic market. The Project consists of three technical components aiming at improvements in food safety, market infrastructure and rural developments and a general administrative component under which Project experts help the Ministry of Agrarian Policy enhance its managerial/administrative capacities and coordinate application of the sector-wide approach through activities under the said three components.
