The FP7 National Information Point Ukraine (NIP), the EU funded project “Joint Support Office (JSO) for enhancing Ukraine’s integration in EU research area” and the FP7 NIP-Ukraine Regional Contact Point at the Uzhhorod National University will jointly organise the abovementioned InfoDay in Uzhhorod.
The Information Dayis the one of the information and capacity building events in the regions of Ukraine planned by JSO-ERA in 2010-2011. It is intended essentially for research organisations interested in the possibilities for Ukrainian participation in FP7 and in practical recommendations on preparing project proposals for future FP7 Calls for Proposals.
Information Day is aimedto demonstrate the whole batch of the possibilities to be potentially used or available for the Ukrainian Educational bodies, Research Institutes, SMEs, Policy makers, and separate researchers in order to stimulate/join their moving forward to the European research area. Consultation day is brokerage event day, oriented on Real Consortiums Creation, searching for the reliable Partners aimed to arise of the amount of the successful proposal submitted – mainly in FAB ('Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, and Biotechnology') and Environment priorities.
This event will be conducted by international EU experts knowledgeable about the FP7 rules, procedures and best practice in project proposal preparation. Relevant consultancy will be offered after the morning presentations in order to guide applicants through the proposal drafting and submission process (see Agenda attached).
