In order to facilitate the promotion of the EECA organisations' ICT competences, the Cluster partners prepare a wide range of activities during the Europe’s most visible forum for ICT Research and Innovation - ICT 2010 event. These activities include:
Setting up a Promotion Booth, where researchers from both the EU and the EECA region will have the opportunity to be informed on their collaboration potential, namely the funding 'instruments' to support such international research collaborations, the ICT priority areas in EECA counties, etc. The booth will act as the central point of information and the visitors will be able to browse through the EU-EECA ICT Competence Platform (i.e. on-line database with profiles of ICT actors from the region) and arrange for personal meetings with potential partners, adjusting their time plan throughout 3 days of the ICT 2010 Event.
Organisation of a Networking Session, where the ICT research excellence in the EECA region will be presented and a number of one-to-one meetings among EU and EECA researchers will be scheduled.
Distribution of a Promotional Guide of EECA ICT organizations and teams, to promote their competencies and fields of interest.
