Lviv Centre for Scientific Technical and Economic Information cooperates diligently with the pilot Ukrainian and international structures in spheres of innovations, science, technologies, SME and talented youths supporting.
The contact point of Poland Regions (www.pluaris.org.pl), Western Contact Point on EU Cooperation in the spheres of science and technologies function on the basis of LvCSTEI, creation of the embassy of the European Programming Centre from Thuringia, development of the cooperation with different agencies an Austria, Norway, Italy, USA and others are planed.
Moreover, LvCSTEI became a partner of two projects within 6FP IST: ATVN-EU-GP
www.atvn-eu-gp.pl - (Academic Internet Television Network Showcases the best of good practice activities, Contract No 016015) and PRO_NMS
www.pro-nms.net (PRO Active Actions for New Member States, Contract No 016020) projects.
Within these two years more than 150 Ukrainian scientists and scholars with our aid gained the opportunity to take part in different international conferences, exhibitions, meetings.
LvCSTEI contacts with international partners are developing. Among these partners are: Polish business and innovative Centers Association, Warsaw information processing Center, International Group of Experts on the Scientific Parks and Innovative Centers (SPICE GROUP), International Transfer of Technologies Bureau (Kemnits, German), International Saxony Academy of the Management (Drezden, German), Polish National Contact Point of the Scientific EU FP, Hungary Business Centre “EuroClip”, Norway Innovative-Investment Group “SINTEF”.
Ukrainian-Polish projects were done with the help of Polish colleagues: “Information Technologies using in an Innovative Sphere of the Town and the Region”, “Development of Ukrainian Economy Approval through the Regions Development”, “Creation of favorable conditions for the innovative Ukrainian entrepreneurships development on the basis the regional mechanisms”.
The participation of Ukrainian delegation in the international innovative forums was organized (www.mwci.pl):
- “Innovative technologies in medicine” (Bialystok, Poland,2007)
- Days of Science and Technology “Poland-East” (Bialystok, Poland,2007)
Within the second part of a 2007 year LvCSTEI provided a huge informative campaign to familiarize the pilot scientific organizations from Europe with the opportunities of Ukrainian organizations. The informative day on “Informative society” (Keln, German, February 1
st 2007) became one the most important event.
